Would you like to see what this does to one of yours?
Pick the process that costs you the most in coordination and chasing. Evaluating it is free: describe it below, and within a day you get an honest read — whether it is a fit, what a proof would involve, and what it would likely change. Not a meeting, not a discovery phase, not a pilot.
What you get
A Process Proof — one real process of yours, authored, verified, and actually run. Fixed price, fixed scope, two to three weeks.
Fixed price and fixed scope, quoted before anything starts. Tell me the process and I will quote it.
I take three engagements at a time. That is not scarcity marketing; it is the honest capacity of one person who is also the one who built the system — Anatoly Volkhover. If the queue is full I will say so and tell you when.
What makes a good first process
Good fit
- Someone spends real hours chasing people for things
- Several parties have to agree before anything can happen
- It runs often enough that the cost is felt
- Someone has to be able to prove afterwards what was done
- The steps are knowable, even if nobody has written them down
Poor fit
- It needs a decision only a licensed professional may make
- It has to answer in under a second
- It is genuinely different every single time
- Nobody can say what a finished run should leave behind
- You want a demo rather than a working process
If yours is a poor fit I will tell you that instead of selling you a proof. It costs us both less.
